Build the whole conversation—not just the close
A closing line cannot repair a conversation that skipped discovery. Before presenting, understand what the person wants to change, what they have already tried and what would make a next step useful. The aim is not to turn every person into a buyer; it is to make relevant decisions clearer.
The Closer curriculum covers sales identity, prospecting through social media, phone and in person, problem-based presentations, closing, follow-up and referrals. The Promoter and Coach phases extend the program into offer communication and helping a team practice consistent behaviors.
Three short sales exercises
These are illustrative practice prompts, not customer success stories or verbatim excerpts from the paid course.
- Discovery: a consultant hears 'we need more leads.' Ask what happens between an inquiry and a booked conversation, then summarize the bottleneck before recommending anything.
- Prospecting: a door-to-door representative identifies themselves, states a relevant reason for the visit and asks whether the homeowner wants to continue. Practice accepting 'no' without arguing.
- Follow-up: a small-business proposal goes quiet. Send a recap of the buyer's stated priority, one outstanding question and a proposed next action. Stop or adjust contact when requested.
How to learn from recorded sales training
Choose a lesson, rehearse one behavior and review a conversation using the same criteria. Watching more videos is not the same as demonstrating a skill. Use a role-play partner or your notes; record a call only when you have appropriate permission.
For example, practice asking one open discovery question, pausing for the answer and checking your understanding. In the next review, look for that behavior—not just whether a sale happened. The free sales practice scorecard on this site gives you six review areas and a weekly template.
What a sales certification does—and does not—mean
WCC issues its program's digital course and sales certifications after completion of the 90-day training. Ask the team about completion requirements and any physical certification presentation at the 2027 convention.
A course-issued certification is not automatically an independent professional accreditation, license, job qualification or guarantee of sales performance. This site does not claim independent accreditation. Compare curriculum, practice expectations, access and terms before choosing any program.
What WCC Certified includes
The program combines a 90-day recorded curriculum in closing, promoting and coaching with sales scripts, monthly live group calls with Daniel G, and saved call replays. The full program costs $3,000 USD once for one year of access. Joining the wait list is free and does not enroll you or collect payment.
Training provides communication frameworks and practice resources. It does not provide guaranteed leads, sales, income or job placement, and it does not replace industry licensing or product-specific education.
